Sharon Smith ssmith@packtimco.com Sharon is a long time employee of Pack-Timco. Sharon has worn several hats in her employment at Pack-Timco ranging from receptionist to her current position as Marketing Assistant and Sales Coordinator working directly with the President of the company. Sharon is the creative part for most of the marketing programs and personally attends to all installation requests and scheduling for the Technical Engineers.		Tom Purcell tpurcell@packtimco.com Tom has over 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Tom is a specialist in Indoor Air Quality and he has solid experience in system designs for residential and light commercial installations. His expertise also includes Hydronics, radiant heat, geothermal systems as well as high efficiency heating and air conditioning products. Tom has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and has been with Pack-Timco for a number of years.

Michael Reilly mreilly@packtimco.com Mike’s more than 23 years experience that ranges from being a Service Technician, Technical Engineer, Branch Manager for Local Parts and Equipment Supplier, and currently the Service Manager. Mike currently holds a state license and EPA certification. He has been factory trained on most major heating and cooling systems. With this background Mike has the experience to resolve a variety of complex problems that arise.		Mary Pack mpack@packtimco.com Mary Pack has worked for the company for over 20 years. Her experience with the company includes accounting, human resources, accounts payable, to name a few, and is currently responsible for the Planned Maintenance Division of the Service Department. Prior to this, Mary worked in commercial property management. She has a wealth of industry related experience which gives her special insights as it applies to her current position.
Sue Breslof sbreslof@packtimco.com Sue is our service dispatcher/assistant service manager. She is a solutions driven professional with extensive experience in dispatching and customer relations. She is a customer focused, highly organized self starter with effective customer service skills. She is a resourceful, creative problem solver with a proven aptitude to analyze and translate complex customer requirements and implement custom solutions. With over 10 years experience in the service industry, Sue is capable of setting up our customers with a highly trained technician to combat any issue they may come across.
